How do you make theater-style nacho cheese? I remember my grade school used to have big cans of it but I can't find it at any of my grocery stores and when i look up recipes online they add a whole bunch of ingredients to the cheese. Can't I just melt some cheese and it will taste the same as theater nachos or better? What cheese?
