I take about a cup of hot sauce(usually crystal or frank) reduce it by half, stir in about 3 tbs of cayenne, a little garlic and onion powder, some white vinegar, and melt about a quarter stick of butter into it, then a little sambal.

Toss, then dip with ranch.
