Marninated Chicken thighs (diced) during the day in a mix of
chilli powder,
ground cumin seeds,
fraguark seed,
green cardamom (seeds only),
black pepper corns,
bit of salt.
a cinnamon quill (ground in pestle),
white vinegar, ground coriander seed
ground mustard seeds
turmeric powder
garlic
ginger
did not really measure to much did about a tea spoon of each and a fair slosh of vinegar (don't have much time atm)
