No, the chart he posted shows the chances of a white being killed by a black is almost equal to that of being killed by another white. The difference is extraordinarily small; to the chances of a black being killed by a white, which is so tiny it's not even a tenth of the opposite. Blacks WILL kill whites for their pleasure and it's perfectly alright to be nervous around them.
