A regional, relatively unknown mexican sandwich. Its name is "Torta de la barda".

Its ingredients are: refried black beans, ham, head cheese, tomato, onion, anywhere from half to a whole avocado, fresh white cheese, half a slide of processed american cheese, somewhat dry shredded beef, pork crackling simmered in spicy jalapeno or serrano sauce (the dried beef helps soak up the sauce), and stewed mexican chorizo.

I live abroad so I make a simplified version of the stuff with avocado, refried black beans, ham, slices of shoulder ham in a hollowed out baguette. Can't get the right chilies or crackling here though :(.
