>order Buffalo Ranch Chicken Sandwhich
>simple change I want on the order, have the medium sauce changed to hot
>wait for food to come out while taking note of how dead it is, with only two other customers
>food finally comes
>looks right
>take bite
>"thats weird, maybe its just been awhile since I last had it"
>take another bite
>"nah somethings up"
>take sandwhich apart
>its a hamburger
>with medium sauce instead of hot
>flag waitress down
>explain that I ordered a chicken sandwhich, and not a hamburger
>point out that I was pointing at what I wanted on the menu, while telling her, while she looked at where my finger was
>"no, you ordered a burger"
>"why would I order a burger when I wanted chicken?"
>"thats your problem, not mine"
>waitress walks away
>take work sharpie out of bag
>write down what I orgered and what I got
>also write down the waitress' name and how she straight up tried to lie to me
>get up and head towards door
>other waitress runs after me demanding I pay
>"I didnt get what I ordered, and what I asked for what I ordered, I was called a lier, I ain't paying for shit and im never coming back."

Fuck that chain, never going back, they fucked up my order ever single time ive gone in there, I have NEVER gotten what I ordered, not even close. I order hamburger, I get a bean burger, I order chicken, I get a hamburger, I order mozzarella sticks, I get nachos. Fuck them.
