Ha yeah, I noticed the same thing in Hokkaido. You can get ice cream, toys, schoolgirl panties and hot food but god forbid you want a snack.

Nah, we've come a pretty long way. You can buy high quality meats from certain online retailers, fresh fruit and veg etc. I get lots of basic stuff like flour sugar etc from Tesco and delivery is only £1. God bless the internet. I even bought a chives plant from the site and now she lives on my windowsill.
