Here's my two cents on the issue. I've been a long time fan of McDonalds and fast food in general. I'm not fat nor fit. I just enjoy the innovations and branding they provide that most eat in restaurants do not.

In the past half year I've had several things happen to me at McDonalds that have made me stop going. No staff to take orders around dinner time, wait times reaching the 10 minute mark, trashy and unprofessional staff, burnt food, mistaken food orders (this one has happened several times to the point I check before leaving).

The price increases across the board frustrate me as well, along with the menus being nearly unreadable. The only thing that McDonalds has left for me is the fries. I love those fries, but it's not worth the trouble at this point.

In comparison Hardees has kick ass prices, better tasting food, large variety, and if you order a large soda then you get a chance to win shit at bass pro shop or free food!
