theres a few websites that sell related merch but i dont think they're exclusive to employees
its not cool shit like gundam figures either sadly

i dont know if other franchises do it, but mine got rid of this employee-only app that had deals and discounts for places and things outside mcdonalds, and now instead has "mcbucks"
essentially, if a manager sees you doing good you get one of these mcbucks now which = $1 to be used only in mcdonalds
you can use them to buy food or save them up for shit like a mcdonalds related merch or shit like..... lego... ect
its lame, essentially play-money
fortunately we can start trading them in for prepaid visa i think
i hope
ive worked fulltime for about 6 months and got 14 mcbucks
i need 30 for a mcdonald's branded umbrella
