Hey /ck/ wannabee /Fit/fag here,
I as wondering if you could help me out,
I'm a fat bastard and want to lose weight
I'm subsittuting basic sweets for fruit and getting huge helpings of veggies but I have
long days and want some prepared meals that'd be tasty and filling to have in the day.
Ingredients that I've heard are great for filling you up:
>Beans (can anyone specify which to get please?)
>Lentils
>Leafy greens (already getting these in the form of kale, spinach, and green beans on the regular.
>Black rice
Hopefully I can get these for cheap, do any of you have any great recipes that use these or similar ingredients?
Any help would be greatly appreciated, thanks in advance! :)
