>first day
>boss decides to cater a huge wedding on top of the yearly event that causes everyone to come out
>get in at 11am, cleaning all the dirty prep things from the wedding on top of brunch rush stuff for the next few hours
>constantly working but nbd
>get an hour break when things slow down because "it's coming"
>come back to full restaurant
>dish pigging away getting in the groove
>two guys come in with loads of cheesy full pans and other stuff I've blocked out
>eventually there's like 3 four foot high stacks of shit next to the station
>don't stop working until 3am
was told I'd get some extra money on account of the catering shitshow but never saw any of it
