Why does hot sauce go great on tacos, but not on hamburgers?

>two sides of extra gordita crunch sauce for dipping
>four soft tacos
>four sides of guac to stuff them with
>four sides of nacho cheese to dip them in
>large baja blast mountain dew, no ice

>go to Taco Belle
>order the soft taco
>order side of pintos and cheese
>order side of nacho cheese
>order side of guacamole
>order side of sour cream
>order side of quesadilla sauce
>stuff the soft taco full of all of it

Why aren't you doing this bros?? Also reccommended with a double decker taco if you're into complex mouth feel.
