I've been practicing the fine art of making eggs in various manners for a while now. I've only just recently managed to make scrambled eggs without it looking like I skinned some kind of Lovecraftian abomination.

Other then that, fried hard for sammichs....

just made some scrambled eggs for brunch:

-4 large AA eggs
-1/4 cup 2% milk
-1/2 tbsp butter
-1.5oz soft goat cheese
-fresh cracked pepper
-dash of sea salt

they were pretty damn good
