Tallyho Brits, had meself some scotch eggy an chippy w/ beans. Lovely! The sweetness of the beans contrasts quite nicely with the crunch and salt of a chip. For the eggy, it was soft-boiled, however the use of ground beef had us cook it for a wee longer on account of the juices. If you're using anything other than cured meat, like the traditional sausage, you may want to poke holes in the egg as you fry to let em out! Still a hearty meal, and would recommend. Any questions I might entertain?
