You will NEVER taste such good meat that comes from a beef cow that hasn't been stuffed with antibiotics and fattening products! The freshness of this meat is a delight which is so deep that raw it reveals all its aromas!

The first time I had tuna, salmon, flounder, and scallops I liked it. However stronger flavored fish like Uni is an acquired taste I think. there are some things like the caviar on some sushi that is acquired but I find that when there is caviar on my sushi as long as I don't break the little beads I don't get that strong fishy flavor from them. Tuna, Salmon, Scallops, and Flounder raw all don't have any fishy flavor at all, with salmon having the most flavor but I isn't fishing its just oily and sweet.

I'm adventurous. I've tried every food that I could try. If I see some new or interesting flavor combination or a food I've never had before I'll get it. That said, I'll never buy a pineapple burger. You don't fuck with perfection.
