My Grandparents were slaughtered like sheep at Pearl Harbor. Since they died before my parents were born it was a tough life for all of us. Food just became a condition to be satisfied, as well as hunger.

grew up pretty much eating shadow foods, an occasional cassoulette via French Montreal, and Snicker-doodles which as a cookie, fucking rock
