Ate at Sushi Dai in the Tokyo fish market. Had to wait in line for 2.5 hours. I'm not that big on sushi, but my friend had been planning to go to this place from the start of the trip, so I went with him...and holy shit! It was amazing!

All the sushi I had in Japan was better than anything I'd tried before in the United States, but this was an order of magnitude beyond anything else I tried in Japan. The fatty tuna is beautifully marbled and melts in your mouth with the perfect flavour and texture. Not too "fishy", but deep and intense.
