>create the mash potatoes with the hot water, the instant, and a bernie sanders amount of butter to make up for no milk
>dash of salt
>combined the mushrooms, some water, the Frankenstein potatoes, some more salt, and a cover to let the mushrooms create something
>let it cool, put in bowl
>she loves it but says the mushrooms were a little undercooked

Does that mean just putting it in tin foil or is it some culinary term I'm not aware of ?

How can I make a good philly cheesesteak /ck/?
Alternatively a french dip would be fine. Everything I've tried is so-so so far. I just want a good meat-and-cheese sandwich
