Hops
6 AAU or 2oz Tettnanger
1 oz Styrian Goldings

0.25 gm Ginger Root
0.5 oz Orange Peel


Yeast
1 Pkgs Belgian Saison I Ale (White Labs #WLP565)

Three days force carb @ 22 PSI, one day serve carb at 12 PSI
