Home prices are retardedly high, it’s a bad time to buy right now and you might want to wait until Wall Street (once again…) pulls the rug out from under the market, or you could end up paying a bazillion dollar mortgage on a house that’s barely worth half that.

The range hood needs to vent outside, (or at least into the attic, though that’s not up to code in most places nowadays) the ones that just vent into the kitchen are essentially useless except as a stove light.
