Chocolate muffins. I've been making a dozen of them every weekend, trying to master them. Last weekend's batch was probably as close to perfect as can be. The batch I made tonight with reduced fat and sugar turned out lumpy on top and bland, but they're still good enough for my breakfasts for the week.
