I like Chris Knobbe and his work. I have watched many videos of his presentations and podcasts.

Seed oils are his thing and he demonstrates very clearly why they are harmful. He doesn't get the full picture because diseases of civilization are also caused by refined carbs. Ancient Egyptians got heart disease from bread.

The three most important things anyone needs to know about nutrition are:
1. Don't eat sugar.
2. Don't eat flour.
3. Don't eat vegetable oils.

Weston Price actually had this figured out almost a century ago. Modern disease is from those three ingredients. Coincidentally almost all modern processed food is made from different combinations of sugar, flour, and vegetable oil.
