where the heck do you live? looks pretty based. when you google "keto alternative to X" you gonna find plenty of suggestions for substitutes you can give a try. i dont know any.

average zucchini has like 3 grs of carbs. the entire meal has probably less than 10 if you count all the tracecarbs of all ingredients. pretty much every food has some carbs even if its not much. its unavoidable. its easy to tell when you are in ketosis anyway and you can adjust if a single carb kicks you out which is unlikely.
