Is there any way you can buy pre-made frozen sausage patties like in pic related? Hear me out, I'm fucking autistic for these sammiches but I hate buying them considering the egg and bun suck ass and they're almost 2 bucks a sammich in a pack of 4. I gotta eat 2 of them shits minimum for it to be filling. I make my own english muffins and bagels and they're fucking delish but every time I make a sausage breakfast sandwhich it is disappointing as fuck. The eggs are okay but the meat is never right. I've tried freezing razer thin pieces of rolled-out sausage cut into circles and then pan frying but the taste is nowhere in the same league as a jimmy dean or a Sausage Mcmuffin. I've bought different brands of sausage and I cant get it right. There's something about the proportion and texture that just works and I don't know what it is, even the cheese is better than what I use.

Is there a way I can get some kind of restaurant, bulk sausage patties that have been seasoned and processed to goyslop standards? I wanna slap them shits on a homemade mcmuffin in the morning. I fucking love breakfast but I have almost zero time to do anything in the morning because I'm always super tired for an entire hour after I wake up. So if I can just prep a weeks worth of english muffins and just fry up a sausage patty and throw on a piece of cheese, wrap it in foil and let everything steam up that would be fucking dandy.

Also breakfast sandwich thread. What is your favorite breakfast sandwich? Sausage, egg, cheese, english muffin for me but a biscuit or bacon is also god-tier.

the trick is to thaw it in the fridge overnight instead of microwaving it frozen so it isn't cold in the center
