I quit caffeine cold turkey after years of chugging two monsters a day, in addition to regular intake of coffee. Now that I'm free I can speak honestly: it tastes like ass. There are ways to improve the ass flavor, but that's the real window of discussion. A good bean in a French press comes out smooth, and not so bitter. But it's still ass.
