I find chopped tomatoes, chopped onion, tex/mex seasonings and hot sauce mixed together with a bit of hot water and boiled in the microwave for about 8-10 minutes makes a great sauce to go with grilled chicken and basmati rice delicious

>was without an oven for a few weeks for unspecified reasons so all I had was a microwave and foreman grill so had to go mcgyver on it for a while and discovered this beauty and have been eating it since, even long after getting my oven back

hot mexican-stlye red onion, spinach, tomato stew with grilled chicken and rice

>shit pic I know, but it was my first go at making it (it was done in the microwave) and it came out much nicer than I thought it would so just took it randomly

all I had was a microwave and a foreman grill haha

fucking delicious epsecially considering that, other than the chicken, it was all made in a fucking microwave
