Money IS everything if you actually use it but everybody gets caught in the trap of saving up for something slight better then they could afford at that moment and never wind up spending it until they're to old to enjoy it.
Who cares if you can buy a nice house and a sports car if you're only going to puttputt
and sleep the rest of the day in one room never even using the rest of the house because you have no family to fill it

5 miles by air not by land, if i can walk out my back door and hike for a hour and not come across another house i'm remote enough.
Just because there is a little cabin ever mile or so along a valley doesn't make it a suburb let alone a city.
From my mountain top i can see the west side of 3 other mountains and at night i can only see 2 lights/houses and after many years i honestly wouldn't even know how to get to them by road or even it i attempted to walk a straight line to them
