Bleached-white, sugar-heavy, nutrient-enriched white bread. It’s the original commercially sold sliced bread. It’s got a very distinct sweet flavor, and honestly it just tastes a bit off compared to normal bread.

I really don’t like it much, though I guess that’s because I never really ate it growing up. My mom always bought the whole grain stuff for nutrition or something. I remember being jealous because one of my friends growing up got to use white bread on their peanut butter sandwiches.

The only time I’d eat something similar to it is when eating texas bbq. You have to have a slice with your bbq.
