Do you eat that along with refined, sophisticated meals like this one?

How interesting that instead of just talking about the things they like to eat, wh*toids respond to a question like this by getting really cagey and defensive. Why do you lash out at others instead of just answering a very simple question? Could it be because the food you eat looks something like this?

One of the benefits of living near white people is that they pay top dollar for the blandest cuts so the good stuff gets offloaded cheaply.

I started living with my grandmother and I have to take care of her diet. She has a bad diet and often has stomach pains and forces herself to throw up. She doesn't like "modern" food (like spaghetti or fried rice) so I usually just cook dinner for myself and eat yogurt/sandwiches, but our budget is a bit tight, so I need to start making meals for both of us. I need some basic, plain "white people friendly" recipes without strange ingredients like quinoa or kale so that I can convince her to eat them. Budgeting tips and freezer-friendly meals would be great too.
