1) Add more cans of beans
2) TSP and TVP (textured soy/vegetable protein)
3) Cottage cheese
4) Potato
Actually, you only need 3+4, as the Irish demonstrated 150y ago.

Protein is just a polymer from Amino Acids, of which there are around 20. There are complete and non-complete proteins. Non complete proteins miss one or more Aminos which the Human body can't synthesize. Most plant proteins and some animal proteins (egg white for instance) are incomplete. Soy is not, meaning you can get all you need from it. However, even in complete proteins there are better proteins, because they have a better ratio of the Aminos, like whey protein for instance. Or just meat, meat is always perfect. And another thing: by combining different plant proteins they can be made complete. Like corn and beans.

I never got into before alcohol.

I found a 190 proof drink called EverClear at the store.

Your thought on mixing it with something like Arnold Palmer Ice tea and offering it at parties for the laugh??

1. USA
2. Yes

Rather use a fork for most cases though.
