So yesterday I tried "andouillette" for the first time in my life
Apparently it's some sort of french sausage made with basically just intestines and spices.
It looks like shit. It smells like shit. And well, oddly enough, I liked it...

Are liver, stomach, heart and those other shit actualy good ? I want to try some new things.
