I love this stuff so damn much that I eat meat just so I can put this mustard on it. Shit blew my mind.
I'm not sophisticated but I do love putting mustard on everything in general so I'm not sure how credible my opinion is.

yep, colman's is quite a bit stronger.

Gotta go german for some of the hotter mustards or make it yourself. Strongness increases until a chef adds the pH changing acid. How soon they add it, determines the heat, but, sometimes they go quite overboard out of cheapness or to keep their products consistently wanted by all the masses, not just the mustard lovers.

I don't know if I think there is a best overall mustard, different applications call for different mustards. There are so many varieties, I have 5 different ones in my fridge right now. Normally I have 6, but my grocery store seems to have stopped stocking the sweet and hot I was buying, so I have to find one elsewhere.

This is a good hot mustard.
