Yeah, made it with carrots and it was nice. My granmother used to cook rabbit in preassure cooker with loads of onions, smoked pork meat slices and black peper. Brilliant.

It’s pretty lean meat that likes seasoning a lot. Just like chicken.

Also have liver and kidneys. They are my favorite parts.
