Masamoto HC 10inch
Good workhorse
Can go about 2 months without sharpening if I strop every use
Sorry no camera to show mine but here's a stock photo
It's built up a nice patina in the year I've had it. No longer working as a cook, but definitely nice to have in the home

Just bought one of these bad boys online straight from the nippon
Only used the KS from masamoto before this
I really liked it but I hate the japanese style grip of the KS. Just hoping this beats out my MAC pro.
