Houston, the trucks I like are the more authentic types, we have the whole hipster food truck thing downtown and they make pretty darn good and interesting food but they are mostly crazy overpriced. You go to the taco and indian trucks being a white guy, compliment the food and throw an extra dollar tip on the bill(which is dirt cheap) and they treat you like a king, the extra love they put into the food is so worth it. One of the indian trucks I frequent, the owner is so courteous, he's always breaking out free shots and if I bring friends he usually throws in a free entree to get us to try new things, something that just doesn't happen at normal restaurants.

Nothing like a good Indian spread when drinking with friends.
