I mean sure OP no one is forcing you to make it a problem to solve. Until you move houses, you will have the situation of those dishes taking up space, decomposing, and attracting bugs. If that's OK by you and you don't invite others into the house, then it is a resolved situation.

But what is so valuable or important about it being your problem or not?
There's a million more worthwhile ways to express my individualism and independence than not washing the dishes or draining oil down the sink. Most people who do either actually do so quite thoughtlessly and effortlessly.

Mostly neutral.
Red sauce and cheeses dominate the tastes of both dishes, even if they are not traditionally the same style. So assuming they share the same ingredients, it's not a half-bad way to make a cheaper/simpler entree + carbs meal. For anything more formal, it is a mediocre combination at best unless you provide more diversity in taste.

I could definitely see it as the kind of thing someone would bring to a potluck or family gathering, probably something they learned from their Mom and can be made from a supermarket anywhere.
For professional business execs with either professional or stay-at-home wives, where they probably have the time and money to splurge on a dish to treat them both, it is a pretty funny cultural whiplash.
