Followed the "Hoffmann method." 11g:200g. I have a Baratza Encore that I set to the recommended setting of '12' for aeropress. The water I just did about 15s off boil from my electric kettle.

Also, I am breaking in the moka pot by running it with only water 3x like it says in the manual and I almost got sprayed with hot water just now. I didn't think it would spray water that violently. Never saw that in the videos.
