ok i know this is b8 for a (you) but I will bite. When the meat you usually add the salt, the seasoning and so on. And when it comes to ground meat, flavor is kept in the broth. Straining that MAY BE ok. But washing the meat after cooking it will net you a piece of food which tastes like nothing.
You can test this at home, cut a salad with tomato, onions, corn, etc, get small portion of that salad and wash it in the water. Eat the washed part and compare it to the unwashed part.
