I'm having a lot of luck with my Flair recently. Dunno how many clicks my grinder is on and if I WDT properly, but it's very easy to get enough resistance with it. Maybe I could go more coarse so I can taste the fruity notes better, but I like hitting the espresso zone and staying on it for a while.
The Flair is definitely fun.
It's actually so fun I think I'll have another cup
