How do I make a pinwheel wrap properly? Do you put all the meat and stuff on one side of the wrap and then roll from there or put it in flat in the middle and roll?

Are you supposed to eat the casing? It's mold right? I once went to a fancy place that served a platter of cured meats and they left the casing on each slice. I ended up not eating any of it s ince i didn't want to look like an autist with my knife out cleaning the edges.

Do piggers make for good pets? I always see people showing off young piggers as pets but do they stay that way? Don't they grow to be like 500 pounds and shit on themselves?
