I bought a bottle a week ago to try.

Its a little smokey, supposedly from the Ardmore it uses as the feature malt of its blend.

It's alright neat. I have been out of town so I haven't had a chance to try it in a scotch and soda or anything like that yet, but I'm sure its fine.

I'd give it a go if its cheap where you are. Famous Grouse is another cheap blend I would recommend.

After I watched Ralfy's review on Teachers Highland Cream, I decided to give a bottle a try. It was $30 CDN, so it didn't break the bank.

It's not bad neat. It's no 12 year old single malt to be sure, but it was decent.

I then added a bit of water to try and open it up but I think I overdid it, and it ended up having a rough aftertaste. It should be good in a scotch and soda, I would think.
