It's okay, great as a side dish, and honestly I could always eat it as my religion doesn't forbid it like how yours does with "carnie" food.

They had a tiny rotten bit but I had cut that out before cooking. I have a lot of sensitivities to eating plants (especially starchy plant foods). I used to think potatoes were okay but NOPE.
This especially sucks because I have a wonderful potato patch in my garden and now I can't eat any of it.

Oh well, I got 40 ducks coming tomorrow, and I have no intolerance to duck eggs or duck meat.
