Ok /ck/ I made Swedish meatballs and I basically creamed my pants but I was wondering what other foods similar to this there are

This is my swedish meatball recipe
>Half beef, half pork
>Some cubed up wheat bread
>Diced onion, caramelized
>Lots of fresh chopped parsley
>A bit of cinnamon, allspice, cayenne, nutmeg, caraway seed, salt and pepper
>One egg
>Mix together and form into balls
>Pan fry until cooked through, remove from heat
>Melt a little bit of butter in with drippings, add flour for a roux and cook until about a caramel color
>slowly add in beef stock until a thick sauce is formed
>gently cook for 5 minutes or so, then add a splash of worcestshire, cream, and a dollop of sour cream
>season with salt, pepper, and parsley
>Add back in meatballs and coat with gravy
>Serve with egg noodles

It's really good, but I want to make it better. Any suggestions for improvements?
