I bought a wire cheese cutter that looked like goddamn garrote to help the women cut up 40 lb blocks of cheese. It broke the first time someone attempted to use it.

I still have to personally chunk down every 40lb block of cheese because everyone else is too scared or weak to do it. The best tool for it I've found is a mezzaluna.
