Can we dedicate this thread to sharing the best resources to learn cooking? Be it books, youtubers, websites, anything.

I for one, am a shit cook and I am tired of the stuff that I am cooking. I have almost zero talent in cooking and this is bad because I live alone and I don't want to spend my hard earned shekels (and my health) on eating fast food on the daily.

If you take a pretty dish and an ugly dish that hypothetically taste the same, people will enjoy the better looking dish more. They will think it tastes better. It's an element of cooking, but far from the most important one.
