When I was in South Korea, I went to a BBQ almost daily. This shit is delicious and also fun.

It's like their favorite hangout spot, you see all the busy workers gather after work in their suits and turn red and sweaty from alcohol and the heat. Besides being delicious I also like that these spots are more than just food places, but are also great for social meetings. People come there and sit for two hours or more even, not like regular restaurants where you eat your food and bail.

Only complaint was that they are fairly expensive.

1 3oz can pulverized asparagus
1 cup creamed anchovy
6 tsp pineapple powder
1 caramelized lemon, juiced
dash of camel salts (to taste)

combine all ingredients in a steel bowl.
strain through cheese cloth.
burn any leftover solids immediately.
seal the liquid in an airtight mason jar and store in a cool, dark place for at least 1 week.
by then the liquid should have partially gelatinized, and will be easily spreadable on your favorite treats
