My all time favorite candy is both regional and seasonal.

I give to you the Opera Cream Egg. It's an incredibly rich cream fondant covered with chocolate, and it's only available in the Cincinnati metro area around Easter. A variety shaped like a regular bar is available year round but only in specialty stores, the eggs are in Krogers during the Easter season.
