Because they are low-achievers who are trying to make their field seem more important and finance/art/engineering-fags buy into the meme. I deal with a lot of business people in my line of work, and the pricks that give me the most trouble are the tatoo'd baristas who are using someone elses money to fund their dreams. I'm all for quality and giving a premium product. But some people... I revel in breaking them down sometimes, only because I can see they have the spark and the and be built back up to understand. I have no item for the thick cunts.

Level is nostalgia. Go the built in grinder, especially if you don't have your own grinder. You can always upgrade in a couple of years.

City is my go to roast because I feel you get the caramelization developing in the roast where you start to taste the sweetness, but you maintain the fruity notes - A.K.A. medium roast - good choice. Interesting it's big bodied as I wouldn't associate Rwandan with a big body (booty maybe).
