So tomorrow I'll be driving to my friend's place for a cookout, and I have marinated two fillets of tilapia for blackened fish -- salt, pepper, lemon zest, honey, etc.
The question is, the car ride will be one and a half hours long. Will the fish go bad? What's the best way to store them in my trunk? Do I need an ice box?
