Wow, your cakes look great and your improvement is very noticable. I wish I could add more to your thread, but I don't bake sweets other than banana bread because I'm fat and I avoid sweets like the plague. My metabolism is fucked from being a mother and in my 30s, so I can't eat more than 1500 calories a day or else I'll gain weight. I will never learn to bake despite being very interested in cake decorating. I used to love helping my grandma bake as a little girl, she was a baking queen. Her lemon poppyseed cake was straight up to die for, so fucking delicious. I miss it.
